I'm trying to find the PCV/Air Cleaner Line to finish the connection from the charcoal canister. Where can I find it?

Even a photo of a 924 engine bay with exhaust recirculation system might help.

I'm not an NA'er, so can't give specific details, but that line just goes to the intake however you can get it there - either to a port on the air-cleaner box or to part of the intake plumbing halfway between the fuel distributor and the throttle body. Check those areas - if you find a similarly sized line already attached at either, that would be the line from the crankcase breather.

The Haynes shows your line as "10 Vent line" on pg.102.

Thanks. I think I found the connection. Now I just need to find a replacement hose.

You'll want an oil/fuel resistant hose like EEC/PCV/Fuel line from any local auto parts store.
If you feel you need to replace with the OE-looking outer-cloth-braided stuff, I posted a link to a place that sells it in here - http://www.924board.org/viewtopic.php?t=22595
