The following site has my upload of the subject article. The title is 924 Turbo and the subtitle is "Now it Can be Called a Porsche".

BTW there is a subarticle on the Porsche produced D production kit cars.

You should be able to download it and expand/enlarge it. Also, you might try hitting the expand button (+) on your viewer. If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll send it to you.

Thanks dpw928, great read!
My favourite part: "...the 924 was still there (and still awful in their view), but another car had been added in its image - a car that would restore the belief of the faithful. They called this new car the 924 Turbo, and the enthusiasts marveled at its wonders. Indeed they were right. While it looks much the same, the 924 Turbo is a very different car from the normally aspirated 924, and it restores our faith in the association of terms like "technical advancement" and "performance" with the Porsche marque."
If anyone has other articles from the period, please post them here or let us know where we can get a copy. _________________ '80 924 Turbo |

tj924,
Don't think any of the 931 guys would stoop that low. Of course Lahrs could come back and start the VW drivel again. BTW I think the 931 raised the standard for all of the 924's.
