1980 Turbo per Haynes page 124
Ignition timing 20 d BTDC at 2000 +/- 50 rpm (all models except UK)
UK - 9 d BTDC at 950 rpm 25 d BTDC at 2000 rpm _________________ EARLY 77 924 N/A |

yes the car is in excellent order, has been stripped and re-assembled. Ok, so the car will run super when hot but on start up its one ugly runner, rough rough rough!! Put foot on gas and it bogs, chokes untill rpm hits about 3500 and then its not bad. It will do this until the car is running hot after about 10 mins or so. How do i test co2 and mixture. Is there a setting im missing.
I adjust the timing, the little co2 screw in the airflow meter (from the top) and the idle control on the tbody. is there something im missing?
again this is an 80 931

Quite likely the Warm-up Regulator isn't getting powered. Check to make sure it's getting +12VDC when the ignition's on. _________________ Vaughan Scott
