| Can anyone outline the major difficulties in building a 931 motor out of a running NA motor and a non running 931? |

I can't see any problem other than usually the 931 specific parts are the damaged ones and you usually end up turning a 931 into a 924. As in smashed head, pistons and valves in the 931.

You can use everything but the pistons, too low a compression for a NA. What is your plan?
