Yep, I'm comin' down for the Grand Prix
Paul and his wife are coming, too. We'll be down there about Friday lunch time.
gwsg, Carris, kidporsche, others, it'd be great to meet up with you guys. What're you doing?

I'm going on thursday as it's free and I can get the arvo off work... there's carrera cup action at 2:00 and 4:00 with V8 supercars inbetween.
If your around the city on friday evening we could go for beers at the european beer cafe....
How long are you staying for??

leadfoot, we'll be there until Monday arvo. Beers on Friday sounds good. Where's the Cafe? Should be able to twist Paul's rubber arm on that one We were thinking about heading into the Motor Show on either Friday or Saturday eve.

I totally forgot about the motor show...whoops...
Anyway, I can meet you at flinders street station or at the cafe, it's a three story venue and we can meet on the top floor. The meals there are really nice too.

Well, we're back from the GP! Had a great time.
We caught up with leadfoot, went to a great pub! Thanks leadfoot. It was really good to meet up with another 924board member! I'm doin' pretty good, that's five so far
Sorry we missed the other Melbournites. But I'll be back next year...
Here's a couple of pics;
Our man Webber. He got 5th;
The Renault's got 1st & 3rd (Fisichella and Alonso, respectively);
The Great Red Hope, Rubhino, 2nd after Schuey went out;
