So starter was corroded. Cleaned the connection and the car started right up. Took the car off the lift to continue bleeding the coolant, where I left off and no start. WTF.

I did try jumping it. Maybe I didn’t wait long enough or gas the host to charge.
I will try again tomorrow before I pull the battery and check it again.

My understanding is they will flicker, but won’t go completely out if the battery has charge.
I will try to boost it tomorrow. See what happens.

So just tried the car now with lights on.
They completely die when I crank it.

Actually went as far as jumping it.
Didn’t look at lights though.

Car was finally running prior and now nothing. Crazy car!

Figured out the TDC thank you for the suggestions.
Car is back together.

Water pump and timing belt replaced. Part removed were refreshed or replaced in the reassembly.
