| a good rebuilder will measure the amount the valve stem protrudes before and after, and grind down the valve top to get the same distance after the lapping/grinding. |

The seals I would definitely replace. I replaced mine, and to get the injectors out, I typically use a wrench/pliers. If yours are hand tight, airleaks are probable.
Injectors is not a must-do, but ... |

Sounds like you're getting somewhere the basic mixture can also be tuned by sound. Turn the screw lean (i think ccw) until the idle becomes erratic, then twist until it becomes smooth again and try ... |

That seems to point to the WUR or the cold start valve. Given that you already had issues with the WUR, I'd start with that.
I assume you did test the war with power on the heating element? |

Agree with all of that raize.
The point I was trying to make is that even tho the design is a bit flawed and was updated later/in other cis systems, a well functioning system should not have issues. ... |

With calibrating the WUR, we mean setting both the cold and warm pressure. The warm pressure has to be set first, by pushing in or out the black fuel cell...
