He is the infamous 924_007 and he owes me 135.00 for cross drilled rotors bought June 26 on ebay I never received. He did finally contact me after I called him and said he would give me my money back. (still waiting). On ebay you can request a user's phone number-If you don't have any luck with him I will give it to you off this site. Might be time to call a lawyer in Wisconsin. I will give him another week. It's all about the principal. Andrew

Have you talked to him at all? One of you said they had called him. Maybe he is out of town? Call him one more time. Anyways it dosn't matter, sounds like it has been way too long now.. SHOULD HAVE received it by now.

I think he has only 30 days to ship after recieving payment by Fed. Law.

There might have been a couple of felonies committed here... I would inform Johnny, if I was you guys and no other forms of contact can be found.

Where does he live??? A knock on the door at about 2 am could change his life. And if it doesn't then perhaps a knock on the head at 2:02 am would! Just ask him what's going on and kindly ask for the transaction to be completed. If he says "no" then it kinda sucks but see how you can solve the problem is a proper way a.k.a not my way. Maybe he is just not energized enough to get up off the sofa to do it?

Well he doesn't respond to anything...
The last email he sent me was that he was going to take the tranny to the dealer to see if it is a good one. Then he was supposed to send it to me.
I would like to think it is just a simple case ie. him having to go away for some reason (emergency). It does seem this way. He has had many recent negative feedbacks on ebay... Maybe something bad happened to him? Or then again he may be taking a vacation on MY money...
I will try calling him tomorrow...
