For all the work it takes to replace the clutch, you do not want to do it 2 times (I am in the final phases of it as we speak). I would highly recomend replacing the whole set. There is somebody on Ebay right now who has been auctioning off clutch replacement sets with final bidding around $180 for a brand new Sachs set (clutch, pressure plate, throw-out bearing). I do have my old used one I would be happy to sell you, but it is pretty much only good as a frisbee at this point.

Trust me, you want a new one.

Well see if you or any 1 else can answer this ...

the cable wont adjust and work at 138 mm thers slack to much so i had to pull down on the clutch leverand put it around 148 mm

Im yhinken the clutch is a little to wore cause it shifts fine hear but the clutch is at its wear limit im sure its about 8.7 mm and the limit being 8.5 mm so at least its not the 5 spd 0z16

Actually, that is exactly where I am at right now in the process (adjusting the clutch lever)and I can't work on the car for a couple of days because I am house-sitting. What I did do that might help you, with the bell-housing access door open, Push the throw-out bearing and the lever so It is almost against the pressure plate, then adjust your clutch lever to the proper distance (The male end of a 3/8" socket extension was just the right size to wedge between the throw-out bearing lever and the back of the bell housing).

Hope this helps!
