Hi, i can't find a fuel tank for my 86 924S, do any members have one they would sell? The following suppliers don't have any...

Woolies, Prestige Leeds, Douglas Valley, 9Apart

Woolies say they haven't seen one for over a decade. Mine is too far gone to repair, the steel is basically porous and you can pierce it with a sewing needle. There is no way to stop it rusting even if it were sealed from the inside.

Also, where is the tank off ebay that was sold from Poland? Someone got there before me, but i'll give them more for it than what they paid.

Looks like most of you are in the states, looking for one in UK ideally.

Convert to a 944 plastic tank? Not easy but it will never rust.

Thanks for that, i knew it would be possible, but with a lot of hassle!

All i can get is a tank from a 2.0 lux. The best intel i can scavenge from here and there is that they are the same round the sides and on top, but different underneath.
