Weltmeister vs Racing Dynamics Performance Chips?

I have a 1988 Porsche 924s. I found someone selling a used Weltmeister performance chip for my car, come with original everything. Guys wants $220.00 for this chip, retail I believe was $399.99. I also see that Racing Dynamics has a chip for my car at $399.99 new. Is the Weltmeister a better buy? Also, would these chips work better with K&N filter or maybe BMC? Ger.

Actually the Westmeister Performance chip is brand new old stock.
