Made a lot of progress on my 924. New brakes. Brake booster. Radiator. Correct jetting came in for my dcoe's and I'm having issues. Can't seem to get it to idle. I've followed a lot of instructions on the internet but still nothing. The car runs but I have to keep hitting the throttle a little to keep it going. As soon as I stop the engine dies off.
Should I turn the speed screw in farther and try to idle at a high rpm? Then start dialing back from there?
Could this be because I'm running too lean? Seems to run the best at around 1.75 - 2 turns out on the mixture screws. Some pops hear and their but it sounds good.
Sorry if I didn't give enough info I'm new too all of this |
