I've seen massive gains in engine response and power on high-revving engines when upgraded ti ITB. But will it make any notable effect on a low compression and low revving 931 engine?
Any thoughts?

On/off throttle response will be better of course, but for power its more of getting the right length on the intake pipes for the power band you want, regardless of where the throttles sit.
