|
|
Hi,
My rear heater screen was not working. I replaced the fuses, replaced the relay and tested, I had the little light on the switch working before. After all this I now have the light on the switch still working drivers door mirror warm but no power at the rear screen and the passenger side mirror cold - I am a RHD. Any thoughts greatfully recieved.

Check the power (LHS) to the body with a meter.
biggest problem with these is people replace the struts with ones with plastic ends.
the RHS has to earth through itself and also has a sliding switch on it for interior light. _________________ Porsche 924 1984 (UK import) NA

I recall somewhere recently there was a question on how to reattach the tabs if they came off...
Just stumbled across the answer:

Long story short, seems you need a high silver-content adhesive... _________________ Vaughan Scott
