Any tubing, such as from the local autoparts store, should work.
Tank and pump, also valve and nozzles... I know I've seen 'em new at I think 944online.com... _________________ Vaughan Scott

I bought all the stuff I needed on eBay.
The pump was URO part replacement but seems to work well for about $12.
PN: 823955651 (this is the vw part number, but it clips right onto your washer tank)
The check valves I used were made for a saab.
90* check valve, PN: 8573669
T check valve, PN: 5142765
Reservoir cap:
VW PN: 477955455
The hose I bought was 3/16" clear polyurethane tubing. It doesn't get hard like vinyl tubing. I like the fact that you can see the fluid in the line. You can get tons of different colors in varying transparency though. blue, pink, green, yellow, you name it. You could probably get away with 3/16" rubber fuel line from the auto parts store if you don't like being able to see into the lines.
The only things I didn't replace were the nozzles and tank as they were in good shape. I just had to poke the nozzles out with a pin. I'm sure there's a VW equivalent if you need them though. The tank will probably be the hard part. I would start by posting here in the wanted section, looking on eBay, and maybe looking for a local salvage yard if you come up empty handed. _________________ 1980 924 NA, US model
