I was the winner of this auction...
Next week, I'll fly up and drive it 560 miles home. Hey, what could possibly go wrong?
I previously had an '85 911 Carrera, but this will be my first water-cooled Porsche. Always loved the simplicity of the first gen 924 styling, and brown is such a great 1970's color...

I'm not sure but I may have owned that car years ago. Sure looks like the MAACO paint job that I had done. If not, it is its twin. _________________ White 87 924S "Ghost"

I love this car.
If those GTS body parts are original Porsche parts, it should see some serious money. _________________ 1976 924 N/A ROW SOLD

I seem to remember this car was featured in Panorama some time in the last couple of years. _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |

No sure in which magazine, but yes it was covered few years ago. If I remember correctly, it was purchased new from the dealer like this, as a special order and build by the dealer. _________________ 1976 924 N/A ROW SOLD
