What do you think of this shocks?

Can be considered semi-sport dampers for road and trackday?

Nobody can send me some informations about this dampers? I'm evaluating replace shocks and this sachs seems a good compromise. My first choice are bilsten but this solution is cheaper.
Thanks

Go with these:

Haven't used them, but they are well respected from what I've heard.

Aren't those sachs just replacement for original damper, nothing extra sporty?

I found this kit in eBay:

http://www.ebay.de/itm/381891820776

It seems a good price.

You might also check to see what GAZ has to offer although for long term reliability the Bilsteins might be best.

These are the wrong ones, the add states that the set consists out of 34-000403 and 24-001618. However, you need 34-000403 and 34-001042.

Have a look here for more info

Sorry I gave you the wrong numbers, you need
Front: 34-001042
Rear: 24-001618

34-000403 is for a beetle. The 924 and beetle share the same struts but there is vast difference in weight they have to carry. For this reason the 924 has a different rating for the insert.

This kit and another similar in eBay have this part number, then they are all wrong?

Yes if 34-000403 is used for the front it is wrong.

This from bilsten catalog for 924 na:

http://web1.carparts-cat.com/default.aspx?34=0,100121&240=0&32=2974&230=29&10=E78C05CD617140F39CB6F62478947DFA018007&14=7&12=130

Both part numbers are correct.

The compression and rebound specs are different between the two inserts. I am by no means an expert on this, but the consensus between the experts are that 34-000403 is not the correct option.

Page 43 in this manual also mentions both options, so I guess as long as you buy the set as stated in the manual you should be okay.

I think the 34-001042 is the sportier insert.
