Hello!

I'm looking to buy my first 924. I can't find any info about the 4 front grills between the bumper and the badge.

I've found early cars with and without
And later cars with and without

I'm only looking at "plain" 924. Not 931 / 924S

I understand that it can be a "facelift" som PO has done but i am wondering, when did the grills get introduced - i am trying to find a car as original as possible

The four air vents (grilles) came standard on 924 Turbos only. Thus you are looking at cars from 1979 to 1982.
There was never an option for these to be available on non-turbo cars, however over the years many people have added them to 'normal' 924s and even 944s.

I installed mine while there were still available from Automotion , but a short search showed no part; they could still be around...
