Hi everyone,
You'll find here some pictures of our car. Nearly 1000 hours for this and the mechanic i'll try to detail later.
I hope you'll enjoy.
Thank you to Tom (TJC) for all your councils and documentations. _________________ Rom |

Wow, looks great! Please share more info on the build !
It looks like that front end will have huge amounts of scrub radius. How much more than the standard car is it? I assume you will run with power steering though? _________________ 1980 924 Turbo

One more time thanks to all for your compliments.
Cedric you've got a good eye.
Of course drive with this scrub radius should have been complicated. This was one of the hypothesis i made but not concluding.
The reality is more like this.
I'll try to share more pictures of the BBS wheels we'll use and the engine adaptation this week end.
At the present time we're doing the Exhaust manifold design with the turbo adaptation.
I can assure you there is not still so much space in the engine bay when it is inside _________________ Rom |

Hi guys,
Thank you harm it needs time but as it's with pleasure it's not a problem.
Here some news about the car. As i said you'll find here some pictures of the 2.5 liters engine in the engine bay.
All reinforcements at the same place as the original car. Front frame is ready for all coolers on measurements.
Nothing can work without it. It needs some space
Still have to finalize the adaptation with the air duct and good link when we'll have the exhaust manifold but for now, everything seems to be ok. Hope it'll continu like this.
Concerning the air duct i'm still asking myself were it was going on 006 to aspirate the fresh air. On the 1980 car i know it's going just behind the front water cooler but on 006 i'm not sure where it goes. TJC do you remember that ?
Thanks to freisinger for their pictures.
To finish just because i love them, our BBS wheels center locked
Hope this post is interesting for you. _________________ Rom |

The boost side of the turbo was routed by piping up and over the left frame rail and then down to the bottom of the intercooler. I will try to get some pictures up later. _________________ '95 BMW 318i/5 ..."Pearl"

I don't want to say something wrong but if i remember well 285mm for the front and 305 mm for rear tires.
TJC thank you for your answer, i was speaking about the natural aspiration as i circled on the 1980 engine not the boost flow.
Concerning the boost side i've well learned your pictures and i've made my intercooler on measurements to make the connection possible in the same way as the original car.
I'll share this later. _________________ Rom |
