Roof panel will be replaced with no sunroof fiberglass panel.
Tip: make sure that your tube notching is very tight.
Spend the time to fit them as close as possible. It takes a while but it is easier to fill the gap and will give you stronger joint.
Make sure that your heat is set right,practice on the scrap piece of tubing to set the welder right.
Take your time.... Cage is your safety.

Yes it is late model radiator support. First idea was to run 944T intercooler with GTS intake, but I think I want to build a larger ,custom intercooler that would look closer to original.

Just got my fiberglass roof panel. Pretty good quality. I will post some fitment pictures next week.

Where did you cut is the roof in the front ?

How much work was it, you did it all with point drill, and only cut the 'a' pillar?

No cut at the a pillar. Just a 'join'. Grind back to expose spot welds and joins.
