Have to decide what you want. I bought a low mileage '88 (better motor) with a crappy interior and denty body for cheap 1100 bucks. Rust free, and dents can be fixed for cheap. I have 3 sets of interior pieces to replace crap.

You have a nice car with a bad engine. Check out engine prices and then decide.

944s with bad engine come up often in this aera but I rarely see a 924S. I'm not worried about the engine because I'm going to be putting something completely different in. I'd rather have a 924S than a 944 but they seem to be more difficult to find.

IMO 924S with bad engine = no more than $500
