Short story long: finally got around to installing a new door strap in Shaggy, and found the old one dangling by one (loose) allen head screw. No problem, thinks I, I'll scavenge one from the race car. Found 1 of 4 present. Weird! Maybe the white 924S. . .1 of 4 again.

Also, the two allens that hold the a-pillar bracket for the strap mechanism were loose on both sides. So, add to your spring nut and bolt routine! These things are escape artists!
