I stared at this first pic. below long enough & debated on what to do. I
finally took measurements and made patterns of the ends ... these
became the ribs. Built it, test fit it, sanded and cut it. After pulling
tight fiberglass mat and attaching to the back side, I mixed up
some resin and hardner and brushed it saturating the cloth.
I downsized taking into account the glass and resin thickness
plus body filler. I was thinking of welding some nuts to the
existing rockers and recessing some bolts on the rocker using a threadlocker to keep it tight
...then again over sized screws and glue will
work along with a few needed smaller screws.

Fella . . . I really hope your planning on producing and selling these as you are about to be inundated with requests.
I'll take two pairs please
Nice work. It's nice to see that there are people out there who really put thought into their work. _________________ 1973 911-RS 3.2 Track Car

working with fiberglass is very messy, lots of dust. Wear a mask.

There almost ready for filler on the outside. I
cut down the back side making them thin enough to fit
flush where there supposed to. The back is ready for fiber glass.
Next is making them mountable to the car.
