Does anyone know of a good place to get header kits or just mandrel bent 90s? I am building headers for my 350 v8 924 project and im not looking for anything fancy. A box of 1.75" 90s would be ideal.

Try Speedway motors. They have a pretty good deal for assorted bends kits in 1 1/2; 1 5/8; 1 3/4; 1 7/8 sizes

http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Schoenfeld-Assorted-Exhaust-Bends,1731.html

They also have u-bends.

I bought some long tube headers for 50 bucks and cut them up making what I wanted. It was a heck of alot cheaper than buying the bends, plus there is probably a set of headers for under 100 bucks on craigslist in every town in the country.

if you don't want to go the way of craigslist, the local scrapyards or junkyards usually have a pile of exhaust parts to pick from at a similar cost.
btw, nice header build, joe.

Are there any good reputable premade (pretuned) ready to go header and exhaust kits that have been dyno'd and tested?
