I finally got her started today but she is idleing at 3200 rpm, is this so the car can recharge the battery it has upped the idle before to run headlights etc but never this much, where is the idle control, only know of the small screw on the throttle housing but that is as low as it can go. I remember reading some where that there is a digital system to control idle also. Dose any one know where this is and how to adjust it.

the o2 sensor was not connected which brought it back down but it is still idleing up at around 2200rpm which is high. when it first starts it will hang around 1200 but once it passes 2000 it wont drop back down.

Check your throttle position switch and for vacuum leaks.
