It all depends on where you go.....as i was originally quoted like $6,000 for paint (could have just been when i said Porsche and they seen $$$$$$$) ........It really helps if you know someone in the business as i am getting my car done for about half that. _________________ Red 1977 Porsche 924 CGT...THE MORPH IS COMPLETE |

I am afraid you made a very big mistake. You painted the rubber spoiler and the window frames. Over time they crack. Lean on the spoiler and it will crack. Most people when they would clean a car would put on Amoral or something like that. Paint over it and it will peel.
I hope for your sake it doesn't.
You should have asked first.
If it is molded plastic that might be better as a spoiler. _________________ "Never let them see you sweat"

fezzas spoiler isnt the rubber type..its a fibreglass spoiler.
as for the window surrounds ide be guessing only the metal was painted black....from what i know fezzas painter is quite an experienced painter ide highly doubt he would be stupid enough to spray 2 pac on soft rubber...well im hoping so... _________________ 1979 NA

Cheers Scorpio ....pretty exactly what i was going to say
Havnt had a chance to go around to the guys place for a while....but i have some time today so will get soe more pics and update you guys on progress.
Also progress has been a bit slow but not without reason. My painter had a few health scares in his family meaning he has spent much of his time at the hospital. I can only hope all is well _________________ Red 1977 Porsche 924 CGT...THE MORPH IS COMPLETE |

hey guys
Went around to the painters yesterday and found out that my car should be done by next saturday .....cant wait now to see it all finished.
Got a few more pics....as it sits now its ready for colour. The guy just said it depends on the weather to when the colour goes on. As you can see he has already painted underneath the bonnet (picture doesnt do it any justice though) looks much better in the flesh
