Me and my buddy bought a 1987 924s to bring it back to life. The guy we got it off of was in the middle of the 350 swap and ran out of time and money so he shoved the engine and tranny back in the car and stopped there so we have to do the rest. So far we've just been hooking things up and test fitting but now we have a few questions we need answered please

What size screws/bolts do we need for the fan housing to bolt to the radiator?

What goes in that screw hole in the top of the intake manifold?

Can we fabricate or do you know the part number of the hose that goes from the fuel filter to the fuel pump?

The exposed wire in the picture, whats it for? It is bundled with one of the smaller radiator hoses.

In the two pictures below there are hoses that we assume go together but they are on oppisite sides of the exhaust manifold, so what are these?

1) BZ 6,3 x 12 is the bolt size they have shown on the parts diagrams for the radiator fans.

2) Nothing goes in the hole on top of the intake. At least noting in my car.

3) Part number for the fuel filter -> pump is 944 356 041 07

4) Hood release cable ?

5) Not sure about the hoses.

I lied....I think the hoses go to the water tube that goes alonside the engine.

There is a metal pipe that connects those two hoses. The pipe bolts to the engine using 2 of the allen screws that hold the valve cover/assembly on.

I can take a picture tomorrow if i remember.

And yeah that thick metal wire looks like the hood release cable.

The hole in the top of the intake manifold is for part of the throttle linkage when you have an automatic transmission if I remember right, and it is not isused on cars with the standard manual tranny without cruise control. So, you have an automatic tranny, right?

The O2 sensor in the last photo screws into a hole in the combination downpipe/catalytic convertor assembly.
