Another update, this a report on the condition of my bearings, as I replaced my piston rings yesterday, so was able to check them out. After 2 full seasons of racing, the rod bearings look about like a 30kmi street car - in excellent shape!

Sure was a lot of carbon in there (the head/valves/pistons), though... I apparently will need to pop the head every other year or so just to clean...

Interesting question now will be to see how she runs now, and if she makes much more power with a fresh top end! I'm hoping I might get to the dyno again before she's done for the year (have a race next weekend first)...
