It works just like the zirconia NB sensors except it does not reference outside air so it is well sealed and better for harsh offroad conditions.
The wires are probably (2) white (1) black and (1) gray. The white are for the heater. They go to (+) and (-) battery. The gray goes to a good ground and the black is the sensor output.
The only verifiable way to test it is to mount it up and watch the readings while inducing rich and lean conditions. Reaction time should be VERY short.
