I can't seem to get my idle down with just the adjustment screw. I did get the manifold with throttle stop set somewhat high, though, and I didn't change it. How should I adjust it? Should the throttle just close against the tube, or is there some clearance that needs to be maintained?
Also, my injectors seem to be a bit loose in their seats (those are endwrench's inserts + Bosch browntop low-imp injectors). Is there a trick? Should I unscrew the bungs out a bit to get the rail to press the injectors down some more? _________________ 1982 924 Turbo, now Lemon |

Yes you want the throttle plate to fully close without binding. You can feel the binding in most cases if you go too far.
Perhaps you should adjust the mounting straps for the rail to push on the injectors a little more. _________________ White 87 924S "Ghost"

Once you have that set, put a 0.3 mm feeler gauge between the stop screw and the stop.
Unhook the plug on the TPS.
Hook up an ohmmeter between pins 2 and 18, it should read open (infinite ohms).
Pull the feeler gauge, it should read closed (0 ohms). _________________ White 87 924S "Ghost"
