I'm about to reinstall my turbo and exhaust system on my 1980 931. These are the wholesale prices from the porsche dealer for these parts:

gaskets:
head to manifold - 17.36 each (need 4)
manifold to turbo 42.47 (do I need this and crush ring or only crush ring)
manifold to turbo crush ring 21.66
manifold to j pipe - 21.41
jpipe to wastegate - 19.38 (I think same as the wastegate exit so need 2)
turbo to exhaust pipe 31.34
other stuff:
upper turbo oil o-ring 1.57
lower turbo oil o-ring 5.02
blowoff elbow rubber elbow hose- 10.18

this comes out to just barely under $200
I looked at some online places

alleurasianautoparts
performanceproducts
pelicanparts

and couldn't find any of these gaskets. Does anyone have a source for these other than the dealer? I can't believe how expensive they are.

also if anyone knows if I need gasket and crushring or just crushring for manifold to turbo connection that would be helpful. my turbo exhaust inlet has a recess for the crushring.

You need only the crush gasket, don't use both.

BTDT won't do it again!

Most of the gaskets you need are in the turbo head gasket set, might be cheaper, plus you get head and valve cover gaskets.

The turbo O rings are not in the head gasket kit.

EBS Racing, They have a great online catalog.
Prices are far less.

thanks for the help so far. I've got one more questions. I'm almost there! I can't wait until the car is together.

If the turbine exhaust outlet has a recess for the crush ring, then do I just need that ring? I'm assuming no gasket needed correct?
(just making that assumption based on that the exhaust manifold to turbo uses one or the other, not both.)
thanks.
