Hi there
The Spax units should not stop the car from adopting normal ride height.
It will sit a bit higher if you fitted them from a floor jack and have not yet driven the car.
If you have driven the car then check you have the correct damper units.
If the car was lower before were the shock bushes shot?
Just an idea but even so, they would only give maybe 1/2-1" difference if they were. I suspect it just needs to settle with a drive.
Cheers

Unless they are coilovers, shocks should have almost nil effect on ride height. Even high pressure gas ones shouldn't raise any car more than 1\4" or so. Does it seem super stiff or can you still squat the rear by applying weight?

It was always stiff at the back, but you can make it move by applying weight..not much, but it does move.
The wheels are angled outwards still, which made me think it needed to settle, as it is only being wheeled a few feet in and out the garage at the mo, with no weight on it. |
