Thanks for the input, some of the people I had , some not. I have a very nice package that I am going to go in with this week. I have an appointment w/ the IRS Tuesday. They are very interested in following up. Apparantly if money is taken and no product is delivered, 100% is profit and so should be reflected as such on the last few years returns. These guys are pretty good as they did not use the postal system to fraud me so I can't get postal inspectors involved and a civil suit is useless but the IRS is definately not someone to fool with.

I may not get my money but I swear I am going to put these people out of commission.
