Anyone experience this?. Turning on the A/C and immediately blowing fuse #6. Obviously have a short somewhere, but we're hours into tracing wiring without any luck.

Does the evaporator blower spin freely? Does it kick in for a second before the fuse blows? What year and model? -Late '82 got different controls and a different hvac system.

Blower spins, fuse blows the instant knob is turned. It's an '87 924S.
