Might want to check to see where the moisture is entering the cabin from. Might be a leaking battery tray or plugged sunroof drain. Unless your area of the country is extremely humid or you left you windows down in the rain, there shouldn't be that much moisture that it would collect in the gauges. Check the carpet on the passenger side, front and rear.
