Ha ha ha. That was cute.
Good job with the springs! I did something like that to my 924 along with a porting and the difference, with a 944 exhaust, was significant.
PS: Owen Robinson will want that spring part number. He's interested in high rpm ones.

Dirty Minds?! We didn't put "thong" on our post heading, however very effective and original thinking though. Just goes to show you how creative 924 owners are. But the prospect of "thong" on a good looking, scantily clad woman brings happy thoughts to mind!

I'm laying all the ground work for freshening up my head and this brings up all kinds of questions:
1. How necessary are these for a slightly more aggressive cam grind?
2. How much stronger than stock are these?
3. Will they cause much more wear on the cam?
4. Are they double (inner & outer) or single springs?
I'm gonna try to salvage the current springs first. Only gonna use the car on street, so I was thinking I won't see higher rpms that often. But if the current are bad, I was figuring new stock springs unless someone will talk me into the ones Vince Ponz started this post about.
Thanks. |

I tossed my thongs but now they have been replaced with new underwire (it could be termed over wire). More tight of a fit and no more stretch marks either.
Whew what breath of fresh air changing that over.
Any one want to quess what it is

Tabernac Zuffen! No more filthy euro films for you. You'd better go check your pressure relief valve.
