Had another decent outing in the car this weekend with the Phanton Grip unit seeming to work well.
I cant say I feel a hole lot but I do think I am getting better traction out of the chicanes etc and the starts are more consistent.
Its not making any odd noises as yet and so have decided to leave it put for the next event which is a gearbox breaker!
MIRA is a test track with high grip tarmac on the start and corners. It asks a lot of diffs and gearboxes in general.
If it holds together there then mechanical strength is not the issue. Of course longevity will only be proven once its removed for inspection and as it is helping me win right now I will leave it be!
Will report more as I have it.
Cheers
