hey to anyone who has drivin the 924s (87) i just got it on the road after a rebuild, when it accelerates, it feels like a vw bus. it it almost feels (i hate to use the word) like its stumbling, i know its not "stumbling" but it just doesnt feel right. if anyone has drivin this car please let me know if this is the way it is supposed to be or if you have any ideas as to why it is performing like this. (bottom end seems to be lacking but it is ok mid to top.) thank johnny

Assuming everything was done properly with the head rebuild. I would check the vacuum lines to make sure they are all in the correct locations and that they are not split anywhere. Then inspect the intake boots to make sure they are properly installed and not cracked. Also check to make sure the intake manifold bolts were properly torqued to the head.

You already reported that the timing was correct... right.

Have you checked the fuel injector output?

Eric
