After recieving a custom cam and maybe just lapping the valves and replacing valve seals
Am I gonna need differant notched adjusting screws. I was going to stiffen the springs but decided not to.

You need to ask the shop about the material removed off the base circle of the cam. You can then determine what size screws or shims that you will need.
More spring force is always better if you plan more high rpm trips. I had my stock springs measured and shimmed to get more force. You need to make sure they do not get over stressed though.... also that they do not go solid. So make sure you use a good shop or take some real accurate measurements.

Well theres not to many shops around here that do 924s
.Im gonna get a cam from Schnieder 274f
