I'm jealous, all you f-ers have cool stickers under your hoods. The dumbass that re-painted mine many years ago apparently didn't think they were needed and removed them all. Now I have to thumb through my haynes manual every time I need some of that info. Sucks _________________ Michael

Mine doesn't have one either! There isn't anything in English on the car. From radio to gages to under the hood... All except the speedo, it's in MPH? _________________ 1981 Porsche 924

This guy on eBay has had them up from time to time for the NA and 931:

Don't see any at the moment, but I bet if you pinged him, he could make you up a set. _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |

I think on Euro cars they have extra metal plates with the option codes. Some of the numbers on them are not on PET. They are on the left side facing the driver. ????? _________________ "Never let them see you sweat"

On euro cars the option codes can be found between the rear lights in the trunk (driver side). Its just a ordinary sticker with info.
Paint codes is also a sticker, under the hood by the windscreen wiper mechnism. I don`t know (i think its the same) of the US versions are the same.
On my euro car i have a metal plate in the battery tray with information with engine code/date/chassis number etc. _________________ Porsche 924 Euro 1977 |

| my guess would be to contrast the body color, my color is silver. Although it really wouldn't make it any more of less legible |

Maybe his is a Cali car? Maybe the different emissions laws in Cali required a different sticker for easy identification or something? _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |
