Hey guys - don't know how many of you are Rennlisters, or Pelicaners, but a group of us put together an order for development of an A-pillar cover replacement that houses two 2 1/16" gauge pods for the 944s. I test fit the prototype (developed on an '86 951 pillar cover) on my '80 931, and found that it fits, and will fit perfectly with the bottommost 1/4" trimmed.

I was asked previously if I had posted this on the 924.org boards, and I hadn't, so I'd like to invite any of you who are interested in putting additional gauges in your 924 to visit http://www.gaugepods.com and place an order.

I am not associated with the company who is manufacturing these pillar covers in any way, except as a customer.

There is also a thread concerning these pillar covers on Rennlist Forums that includes pictures of the first prototype mounted.
