hey hey I was wondering what theat noise is when your in a low gear and you let of the gas from a high rpm and begin decelerating...kinds sounds like a brake on a transport truk but it sounds like its the drive shaft vibrating....if you know what this is is it detremental to my car????thanks johnny

Good question, I am having the same on my 77 924. It is driving me nuts trying to find the sound. I am now thinking that it could be my EGR line vibrating on something. I fixed my brake noise now I am after this noise, too bad the 924s and the 924 are not quite the same.
