924S really sluggish after rebuild

hey i just did the head and timing belt on my 87 924S and i have only drivin it like 20 feet, but in that 20 feet it was really really really sluggish, could this be the comp needing to "relearn" itself or the old gas and crap thats been in it for the 2 years since its started, ive only put about 2 dollars in gas in her, any advice would help as im kinda scared thanks tonnes.....johnny

side note to the post........the timing is right on, so that is not the issue...comp short form for computer.....cheers johnny

I'd give it more than 20 feet to figure out if the car is sluggish... more like several blocks.

yeah i did and it seems to be getting better, im going to run some fuel injector clearner through along with a fresh tank os gas. thanks
