Hello fine folks! I recently bought a 1982 924 Turbo with 62k original miles in Surinam Red from a friend whose father meticulously maintained until he passed away. It was garaged for 20 years due to a no start issue. It will crank, but not turn over, and there is no spark, but I believe it is getting fuel. I’ve been chipping away at things (fuel drain, oil change, new battery, fuel pump, plugs, cap and rotor, plug wires, and ignition coil) I had a shop check for soldering cracks on the DITC box (Siemens) which they said was good and have a crank sensor en route that I purchased from Classic Line.
The last thing that sticks out to me is the 12 pole female plug that goes to the DITC. Mine only has 10 poles and looks to have the last 2 broken off, but no extra wires are around that would lead me to believe anything was there. I’ll get an image posted ASAP. Can someone lend some insight into this? Much appreciated in advance!
