Last main bearing cap stuck help

was trying to remove my camshaft today and the last bearing cap is stuck, tried gently tapping it with rubber mallet but it doesent break loosen what should i do?

well... tried to even the cam with another cap and the back cap came off with the loudest snap ive ever head, hopefully my cam is ok, atleast its in one piece

The snap is probably just the valves popping back with the springs.

Next time remove the cap torques more evenly.

There is an order to tighten and loosen the camshaft. Same with crank main caps and head bolts. You tighten and loosen them incrementally in a specific order.
Get the Haynes manual, its cheap and specifies these things.
