|

Friends,
I've made the tough decision to cease operations as Ideola's Garage. Everything is fine with me on a personal level. I'll post more in the coming days about what led to the decision.
In the meantime, I'm in the beginning stages of liquidating most of my collection. For starters:
1977.5 Martini: USD$2000
1978 Limited Edition: USD$5000
1979 Sebring Edition: USD$6000
1980 931 S: USD$3000
1981 Weissach Edition: USD$4000
1988 S Special Edition: USD$8500
1981 Carrera GT: USD$64937
PMs or emails for any interest.
I am still evaluating what to do with my intellectual property. I may hang onto it, or see if anyone else is intereted in acquiring it (quite cheaply), as I have a keen interest in seeing it carried forward.
I do NOT have a large inventory of "going out of business deals", so don't ask. I will most likely hang onto most of what I have to maintain the few cars I intend to keep. From time to time, I may post up a few tasty goodies here.
Stay tuned. _________________ 75 Fiat X1/9 | 80 US 931 '941' | 78 Poli-Form

I wish I would have known the cars would go up for sale, would like to go back in time. My Weissach engine almost ready. _________________ 1981 Weissach Edition #179

Sad news. I hope you continue to hang around the forum. It wouldn't be the same forum without you Dan _________________ 1979 UK 932 |

Thanks for all the kind words, friends. I'm not getting rid of everything. Just shutting the webshop and thinning the herd. All for a good reason, which I'll discuss a little later on. I will, of course, remain an active member here as time and energy permit. And I expect we will still host events periodically at Ideola's Garage.
In the meantime...
Sale pending on the Martini, deposit received
Sale pending on the 937, verbal commit with visit scheduled for this weekend
The motor bits for Ultra Wide Body project were packaged up and sold this afternoon. _________________ 75 Fiat X1/9 | 80 US 931 '941' | 78 Poli-Form |

Glad to hear you’re going to stick around.
Wondering who will get the GT.
Is the martini coming overseas or staying in the usa? _________________ SUPERCHARGED Ruby-sh 924 |
