I'll be starting on the interior on my '81 931 this winter.

So what interior parts are Leather in a 'Partial Leather' Interior?

Only the steering wheel and Seat Fronts/sides?

Or is there some stray leather bits elsewhere?

Thanks in Advance. SLB

"Letherette" is plain plastic. Steeringwheel, maybe gearknob and thatīs it! Emergency brake brake from a late 944/968 is leather. Leatherseats was only available in late 944/968. Leather dashboard is aftermarket.

Partial leather is not the same as Leatherette.

When Porsche speaks of a partial leather interior it normally refers to the following:
Steering wheel in leather
Gear Level in leather
Driver and passenger seat faces in leather with the sides and backs in vinyl/leatherette.

The rest of the interior is vinyl i.e. doorcards, quarter panels and rear seat covers.
