Chasing an issue on high boost and high rpm, 1.1bar and above 4500rpm only happening at wot, at 75% pedal its nice and smooth.
So i tested the injectors today...the pattern is a bit dodgy but nothing catastrophical...i was looking for some clear indications but found little until now.
1 and 4 put out about 7-8% less fuel than 2 and 3.
1: 245g
2: 262g
3: 257g
4: 244g
I'd have to check if amount drops or stops climbing with higher plate lift.

Opinions?

I remember that in the Haynes is stated what the allowed difference in fuel delivery is.
But I don't have the Haynes overhere at the moment. Maybe you could have a look overthere?

The info in the Haynes manual ( page 78 ) is for the N/A and mentioned to run the 4 injector until 1 reach 100 cc and then the other 3 should have more than 85 cc.
So, no more than 15% between the highest and lower.

You have 6.9% difference between the highest and lower, sounds good to me.

BTW, let me know if you are looking for a set of factory manual, including the turbo manual.
