Two things, if it's the original( stamped Opel) they are no longer available, don't break it, if your car has stood any length of time it will clog rapidly and frequently and will cause fuel starvation, requires removal and a good blast from an air line until everything stays clean.

Indeed. I have a spare, and thanks for the tip.

Would this car be a yellow one?

Ah, there you are, Brock! Hello!

No, this one isn't Chrenan's old one. This one is a dark blue 77. Well, blue with white fenders. The original fenders were so rusty I just about got tetanus by looking at them. Chris gave me the car and it sat in my shop for the last 3 years while I got my head around my wife's accident. She wasn't hurt but her 87 944 was. Took the wind completely out of our sails. But it's back to running and all we have is one dent left to pull. As for this little 924, I've almost got it running well enough that we can start working on the body and interior.

How's your green goblin running? What became of that 931 hood? And how are the Chump Car races? I've been following Chrenan's V-8 swap. Wow!

I was thinking this might of been the old yellow '77 I had and gave away to someone....cant remember who picked it up but I thought it was a friend of yours.

Sad to hear about you wifes accident. Hopefully it wasnt too bad and everyone is healed up and ready for the next 924/944 adventure.

The green goblin is good. Still sorting out the rear coilovers. Still have the 931 hood and header panel and euro front/rear bumpers. One day they might make it on to the car.

Chumpy is good. Fairly reliable now but still have some things to sort out for more reliability/performance.

Chrenan's LS swap is crazy. That's going to be a fast car.

Also, I bought a 1999 Audi A4 with a 1.8t AEB engine that will hopefully make its way into the green goblin one day...but that's a whole different thread.

Enough of my hi-jacking of your thread....cant wait to see pictures or maybe the car at the track one day! Let me know if you need any parts, I may have some stuff laying around.
