Any ideas what 2 gallons of this blue flame fuel would do to my injection, compression etc systems?

Injection- Nothing unless it has significantly more/less detergents compared to regular pump gas, but I would assume it's similar.

Compression- Fuel won't change your compression but since you would be running much higher octane you would lose power unless you change either timing or the compression ratio of your engine.

Systems- If you have a catalytic converter on your car the lead in the fuel would wreck it, making it permanently ineffective.

There's no reason to put 110 octane leaded fuel into a street car.

Thanks. Now I don't need to justify $7.65/gal. I removed the cat earlier this year, put a header and replaced the pipes with only a muffler. Back to the 87 octane. :)

The only advantage without upping your compression is you can advance timing and run a bit richer. Gains will be minimal without a compression increase
